Family Constellations, originally developed by Bert Hellinger, is a systemic and dynamic approach that reveals hidden patterns and influences within family and ancestral lineages. These unseen dynamics often shape our lives in ways we don’t recognize, creating blocks, fears, or repeating cycles.
Sound Bowl Vibrations
Allow yourself to de-stress and deeply relax as the soothing tones of singing bowls wash over you. Sessions begin with the grounding resonance of metal bowls, which help break up energetic stagnation, followed by the harmonizing tones of crystal bowls, which restore balance and flow within the body and mind.
